Tunde Layeni

  • Tunde Layeni is responsible for providing real estate services for clients, ensuring that the best interests of the client and Maestro Developments are met.
  • Tunde has 16 years’ experience for leading, delivering and advising on construction of property projects saving clients both time and money Tunde has experience collaborating with stakeholders, leading a team of multi-disciplinary professionals/ external consultants assembled to support clients’ projects.

  • Tunde Layeni has successfully delivered projects for clients such as David Hannah Homes in Wirral and Cheshire.

  • Tunde holds a B.sc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University of Westminster, London, and a RICS Certificate in Commercial Property Valuation.

    • Tony Oyenuga

  • With over 20 years of experience in architectural design Tony has a wealth of experience which includes small householder developments to large commercial buildings. Tony’s skill set can manage all design requirements for any planning application.

  • Tony is an accomplished architectural designer with many years’ experiences designing householder developments, such as new build houses, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions.

  • An enthusiastic professional with a diligent work ethic who prides himself on producing exquisite designs that always meet the client's brief. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from University of Lagos and an Honours in Architecture from South Bank University.
